Step 1: Contact Us

To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to our friendly customer service team at support@turningfig.com. Please allow a 48-hour window for our support team to get back to you with detailed return instructions and the return address. This process ensures that your return is handled smoothly and responsibly, avoiding any unnecessary delays or complications.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

After contacting our customer service team and receiving the appropriate return address, it’s time to prepare your item(s) for return. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

Check the Condition: Ensure that all items are in their original condition, with tags and labels attached. Items should not have been used, washed, ironed, or altered in any way. We can only accept returns of items that are in their original, unworn condition.

Secure Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in a secure package to prevent any damage during transit. You may use the original packaging if it’s still in good condition, or use a similar sturdy box or envelope.

Include Documentation: Include any documentation provided by our customer service team, such as the return authorization number or instructions, inside the package. This will help expedite the processing of your return.

Seal the Package: Seal the package securely with tape to ensure that it stays closed during shipping. Make sure to affix the return address provided by our customer service team clearly on the package.

Shipping Method: Use a reliable shipping method with tracking to send the package back to us. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status and ensure that the package reaches us safely.

Step 3: Ship & Provide Proof

Send Your Package: Ship your prepared package to the address provided by our customer service team. Use a reliable shipping service to ensure that your items reach us securely and in a timely manner.

Inform Us: After shipping your package, please notify us of the return shipment. You can do this by sending us a photo of the shipping receipt and tracking information. This helps us track the return package and anticipate its arrival.

Refund Process: Once we receive and verify the returned items, a refund for the full selling price (excluding any initial shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Return Shipping Cost: Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping with the logistics provider of your choice. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance for your protection.
